About Author
A graduate of Hofstra University (BBA), the University of Alabama (MBA). the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College, and the National Defense University (National Security Managment). Retired Army Colonel and Army Civilian (GM-15). Survivor of Vietnam (BSM) and the overzealous feeding of people of many cultures and heritages (Southern Food Even)! Principal family chef but master of no particular cuisine --- just plain good eats!!!
