This is a collection of recipes, mostly recipes I've stumbled across and tweaked along the way. Some are kid friendly but most are best enjoyed by adults who can appreciate the quality of a well cooked flank steak.

Raised in West Africa until 1989. Came from a good old-fashioned Southern family with their very own family recipes. During difficult times I found myself in the kitchen cooking away my worries and making the others around me happy too. Now I just cook to keep a nice balance of creativity in my life.
