Katie Wood is currently a student at the University of South Carolina studying English and Secondary Education. She hopes to be a high school English teacher and publish a few books along the way. Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Wood is extremely close with her parents, Kristen and Cliff, and her little brother, Will. Her family owns two dogs, Gibby and Dolly. Wood enjoys running and does so competitively. She also loves watching sports, Go Redskins!!
