This book is designed be a programming and management handbook for my mental health ministry. It will lay out the ministry mission and vision, goals and objectives, communication strategy, and protocols and procedures. It will also entail the approach to personal accountability and time management, ministry budget and strategy for development/retention, volunteer recruitment, development, volunteer retention including job descriptions and associating forms, and evaluation and Assessment strategies .

My name is Heather Farr and I am a student at Indiana Wesleyan University. I am obtaining my Masters Degree in Child, Family, and Youth Ministry. I am a 27 year old wife, daughter, sister, and aunt. I currently work with adult mental health at Meridian Health Services and attend The Well, which is an offsite campus to Fountain City Wesleyan Church.
