Mental Health Ministry Programming and Management Handbook

This book is designed be a programming and management handbook for my mental health ministry. It will lay out the ministry mission and vision, goals and objectives, communication strategy, and protocols and procedures. It will also entail the approach to personal accountability and time management, ministry budget and strategy for development/retention, volunteer recruitment, development, volunteer retention including job descriptions and associating forms, and evaluation and Assessment strategies .
