About Author
Kara is the very first Metabolix Nutrition client. After having her second son in 2002, she became the first person to perform the original 12 week program. During her pregnancies she gained an average of 50 lbs. and like many women, she wanted to return to her original weight as quickly as possible. Following the Metabolix program she lost all of her pregnancy weight in an amazing 16 weeks. Her experience was the foundation for the current Metabolix 1-2-3^(TM) program, and she continues to counsel postpartum mothers on a regular basis.
Through her efforts, she has become the embodiment of the Metabolix way of life. As Vice President, she is responsible for public relations and marketing, but still takes time to work one-on-one with a handful of clients each week.
