Metaphors are literary devices used to directly connect two different things without the use of like or as. They provide a clear description of a certain thing by connecting it to another thing. Metaphors enhance the content and beauty of any literary piece. They give better and deeper connection to our hearts and lasting memory as they creatively touch our souls.

Life is indeed a metaphor. Our emotions like happiness and sadness, the happenings in our lives like when we were still kids or got married, and our traits just like our eyes or our attitude- all of these can be creatively connected to metaphors. Just like the sun that continuously gives its warmest smile, our hearts continue to glow in love, making us to always wear our warmest smiles.
