Scattered throughout the book you will see pictures and recipes of our family and friends. Not all the recipes made it into the book as it became too much and sometimes made me go over the edge with being overwhelmed. I did have a deadline for Christmas and soon I felt the pads of my A** flattening from months of sitting in a chair typing.

I am now finished and glad I did it for my family!

Thanks mom and dad for providing us with the wonderful meals you cooked for us, you truly were both skilled in cooking that we still enjoy with our families and friends.

My wish is that this book wil last through many generations and be left in the hands of caring family that continue to add and revise with new editions long after we are gone.
