Growing up, I loved the homemade Mac & Cheese, baked stuffed Shrimp, and Veal Parm. So, I decided to create this cookbook so everyone can cook the recipes that mom and dad use to make on a regular basis. I have also added a few of my new creations that take a touch of old home cooked meals with a new age addition to them.
