Professional Bio
Richard S. Isaacs, MD, FACS serves as the Physician-in-Chief and Chief-of-Staff for the Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center and the Elk Grove Outpatient Medical Facilities. In these roles, he is responsible for all clinical operations throughout the inpatient and outpatient arenas.
