The story of a stray/homeless cat who finds a safe place to spend the rest of his days. He happily leaves behind the "stray/homeless" life that is so often filled with many risks and potential dangers and his new life is filled with love, care, and safety. A life, no doubt, that most any stray or homeless cat would welcome if given the chance.

P. M. LaQuay has a soft spot for stray/homeless cats & this is her very first "story" book! After caring for a small group of stray/homeless cats that appeared in her & her husband's backyard in late 2011 with the help of some generous & like-minded friends, it wasn't long before Paws4Life, Inc., a small foster-home-based cat rescue, was born.
Fast forward to the printing of this book (2021) their "village" of supporters as well as their rescue has slowly grown since those early days & has been the bridge for many cats, helping them transition from the stray/homeless life to a life in a loving home as a cherished family member.
Born in upstate NY, P. M. LaQuay & her husband relocated to southeast of Charlotte, NC in 1998 where they currently reside with 5 of their own cats, a Boston Terrier, & 3 Paws4Life, Inc. lifetime foster cats.
