Promoting the sport of PowerSoccer though my own experiences!
As an athlete with a disability, my fatigue limits my opportunities to play in typical kid sports. My mitochondria can't keep up the energy demands for everyday activity, so when I do activity like a running sport, I could end up doing harm to my body or organs.
