About the Book

Moms can organize and simplify their meal planning for their families. This is a Monday through Friday three week meal planner book for busy moms to add their own menus for each of these days. The Meal Planner also includes a nice list of breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas for each individual week, along with pages for weekly grocery lists.

There are a variety of cute recipe pages for moms to add their own favorite recipes with their ingredients and directions needed for cooking. The goal to simplify meal planning can be to choose your family’s favorite meals to schedule for the next three weeks Monday through Friday (leaving the weekends open in case you decide to dine out or get one or two take-out meals). Then, you could decide to repeat your three week meal schedule as an ongoing rotation, with leaving room for plenty of variation.
