These poems were written, for my Mom,. They express the way that I feel when I'm with her. My mom is the most special person in my life, she is there in the good times and the bad. She always stands strong even when I am not at my best. She is smart, beautiful, couragous, gentle, understanding, and spiritual. If it's true that God's got an army, then she must be a Colonel if not now ...she will be.

I love to write, swim, sing and shop. But the thing I love to do most is spend time just talking with my Ma, or hanging out with my kids.
If you have the love of your birth mother, then you may not
understand this book. But if you do or have felt the love of another mother you will truly understand these poems. My mom is the greatest person, she is strong, brave, willing to take any problem, no matter how big...like me. She is the finest spiritual leader, teacher, and friend that I have ever had. But the very best thing about my mom is.....that she loves me, and she tells me everyday. So to my mom I say I love you. And to others I hope you enjoy my poems.
