When Dr. Howard J. Smith was on his way to work, something went wrong. The factory exploded with flames, he was transforming, the government, not wanting anything thing to do with "super heros" came to shoot him down and turn him back, but with super powers comes great responsibility.. at least, thats what he thinks...
