DISABLED VETERAN, COLLEGE GRAD, MOTHER OF ONE AND CAREGIVER TO FAMILY Carrie Bell Lance Harrell-Winns,known as "MsCarrieBell" was born October 2, 1948. Dunber, Georgetown, South Carolina. The third child of ten children born to The late Rev. Thomas S and Florine C. Lance. Choppee High School graduate 1967. Moved to New York and joined the United States Army 1969 E5 Rank in less than three years. "HONORABYL DISCHARGED" Attended Bronx Community College, Mercy College, College of New Rochelle Undergraduate and Graduate. Graduated with Master of Science 1995. Moved back to South Carolina, attended Webster University. with only 6 credits from a second Master Degree, I suffered three car accidents rendering me disabled.THE END!
