This is my second book and includes more of mine and my families favourite recipes which I have gathered and adapted over the years.
Once again, I have deliberately not included photographs as I believe your dishes will turn out exactly as they are meant to, cooked with love to be eaten by the people who matter the most to you.

Andrea McCorisken lives in Scotland with her husband Tony. Andrea works from home for the family business and in her spare time she likes to make her own wine, pinot noir and white zinfandel. She is also an amateur photographer and is particularly interested in night-time photography and catching the elusive Aurora Borealis. Andrea grew up in Livingston with her mum, dad, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. She spent her young adult years cooking meals that had the least effort required but at the age of 30 decided to expand her skills and started cooking meals from scratch. Armed with a traditional recipe book that was gifted to her at the age of 19 by her Granny Cormack, Andrea started cooking meals that her young family wanted to eat. Since then she has developed her cooking skills immensely and enjoys passing her recipes on to her daughters.
