rachel Billiot is the grandmother of both children. She has seen how Haylee the sister has always helped with her brother. Feeding, sharing snacks and involveing him in her play time. Rachel has recently written a children's book intitled "Down By The River" This book is an imargnary book about unusal things that happen by the river.
