I was 16 years old when I was first diagnosed with lupus. This book is about having lupus and struggling to maintain this disease . There is no cure and there is still not much known about this disease since it affects people in completely different ways.

My name is Mary Campbell. I am the mother of 2. I reside in Arizona. I have been dealing with lupus since I was 16 years old. In 1997 I had a flare up that almost killed me and left my 2 kids who were 2and 3 years old at the time without a mother.
