This Story is about a girl who is taken away from her parents at the age of 13 and has to go through mental Hospitals and many foster homes. While going throuh all of this she endures some pretty tough times.

My name is Monique Durazo, I am 17 yrs. old and currently a senior in High School. As a teenager I have been through some pretty hard times. I have been in and out of foster care ever since I was of the age 13. I have written these storys about Foster care and what it is like being a teenager growing up in foster care. These stories are based on true events.
