This book is a book of poems , put together that we hope any one will enjoy , it describes they way Parkinson's affects our daily living , but there is a good side , it has poems that are amusing to , and art work that is some thing we enjoy, some have taken up photography and produced wonderful pictures, Parkinson's can be tough , but it changes your way of thinking , it makes you look at the world in a different way ,and it's amazing how we have the ability to now do the things we never done before , like painting and poetry ,we are a determined group that's strong loving and care a lot ,,we don't just shake , there's a lot more to us , thank you for reading

Iv lived a full and energetic life, all ways on the go until 4th July 2016, when I was
diagnosed with Parkinson's , it was a shock to both Andrew and myself, I'd changed I
could no longer do the things I did before , it is a struggle , we have been married
forty one years , have been very happy , and in a lot of ways we are closer ,
We have two boys Jonathan and Allister, and have five grandchildren,
Some times I get up and think , just give me one day , just one to feel normal again
to be me, Iv forgotten what it's like to feel normal , over last year Iv started to paint
and do craft work, my painting and poems i find the best , I love it , it's relaxing , it
helps on a off day as people with pd say, I hope that one day they find a cure , as
theres's so many young people now getting Parkinson's , I wanted this poem book
to be able to tell what it's like for so many of us with Parkinson's, so there are a few
poem and also some of the paintings that I enjoy doing..
