Teri Eklund lives in Washington with her husband, Chuck. Teri has been cooking up her collection of recipes for over 25 years. Teri has entered several cooking contests. Teri was runner up in the Newman's Own Cooking Contest with her recipe "Just for the Halibut and Prawns Saute with Peach Salsa". She won $5,000.00 for charity.
