Rachel wants the perfect sweet 16 party. But other things get in the way. With being the new girl in a new school and town, most of the kids pick on you. Especially the popular girls. And she finds a job suggested by one of the popular girls but figures out that its the most embarrassing job ever. Will she get her dream party, or will she end up less popular than she was before?
