When I started working from home back in 1997, I found that not spending an hour and a half in my car every day gave me a little extra free time. I decided to start tackling the mounting pile of recipes in my kitchen drawer. Every Monday, I would try a new recipe. If it was good, I put it in the recipe photo album, and if it was bad it went to the circular file. After thirteen years, the photo album was full and disorganized, so I decided to create an official book of our favorites.
I'm a forty something mom of two boys who enjoys cooking healthy meals and trying new things.
