The second book of the Orbs’ series takes off with Addy Pahl, who is sent on a dangerous mission and finds a new orb with help from a trusted friend: Anastasia Bertram. They must go explore a cave that no one has ever come out of once they went in before. Little did they know that this journey was far more dangerous than they realized. The journey itself was predictable, but when they got back with what they found, and their experiences, people they know and trust start turning on them, one by one. Something is doing this, and if they are not stopped, something awful could come across the Orbs’ Island.
