Staci Parker is a married mother of two. Cooking has been her passion since she was 10. Her husband says she has 3 styles of cooking- Magazine food (putenesca, chocolate truffle pie, etc), soup kitchen food (stove top lasagna, macaroni pie) and prison food (red beans and rice, easy peach cobler) -All these things make up the gamet of food Staci loves to cook, always on the horizon with a new recipe, but getting back to basics with comfort foods and good old fashion southern cooking! It's No Way Gourmet-though it tastes like it!
