Sequel to his first book, "how poem?", Kodiak Trickler's poetry takes a shift of feeling from the darker, often hope-abandoned writtings to a more positive, hope-searching take on his emotions and life as he opens more details into the pain he drags behind him and attempts to seek a more stable mental state. While pain still finds him he is able to have hope in his God and develops a more solid relationship and dependency in his religion. From the still, dark nights of depression and anxiety to the fast, bright mornings of Love for a young woman and God this collection of Kodiak's poetry as a young adult is heart breaking and beautiful all at once.
