his book is a product of love. In my years of serving young people, two reasons came up for this book. One is that in any group of people, whether old or young, conflict is always a present potential threat. Why at times a person cannot simply get along with another? Conflict is a vicious cycle that, if ignored, is a deadly trap. Secondly, youth and church leaders and even co-workers need guide materials to address their groups in conflict.

The people and situations I observed while writing was helpful in getting some insights. Indeed, the people who have most contributed to completing this book are the people in conflict. The design of this book is to address the need of materials for personal growth, devotional, and small group activities for interpersonal relations. This is excellent for home, school, church, and the workplaces.

It is a guidebook for Christian social relations. It will help you polish your interpersonal relationships with one another.

Marvin A. Marcelino is a graduate of Bachelor of Art in History and Philosophy of Religion and Bachelor of Theology at Adventist University of the Philippines.

He was a former instructor in a Philippine government leadership institution.

He taught Values subjects in colleges and secondary Christian schools for some time. He is presently working in an international school in Bangkok, Thailand.

He is a frequent speaker to many youth and family camps, retreats, fellowships, seminars, and conferences. He is frequent resource person in the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

He is a coach, mentor, a trainer, a guidance counselor, a facilitator, a teacher, a father, and a friend to many young and adult.

He conducts seminars and training on leadership, management, human relations and youth and family matters.

He enjoys creating values-oriented activities for both youth and adult.
