Evolving as an artist, I now paint exclusively with the palette knife, discovering the intrigue and beauty of the simplicity of the knife mark and honoring it. It is quite liberating to paint with the knife.

I am a Portrait Artist living and working in Colorado, U.S.A
I have a B.A in visual arts and have been painting professionally since 1998.
I'm fortunate to have received several awards, and have collectors both nationally and internationally.
While I enjoy writing, my true passion and first love is figurative painting.
I recently wrote and published "PORTRAIT of YOUR BEST SELF" for my daughters, and will be publishing a few art books in the near future.
