The story of the Panda basketball team started with ten panda's and two coaches. The panda's were from all over Northern Kentucky, who came together their freshman year ( 2008/ 2009) to form a basketball team.

Donnetta Petrey is the team coordinator, and parent to one of the girls on the basketball team. Her passion for working with children as shined through this season to make sure the girls bonded together, and gained friendship.
