Elizabeth Trundle, an eleven year old girl, has just moved into a ninety-six year old house that everyone in town claims to be haunted by the unnatural. Her thirty year old widowed mother, Rebecca Trundle, believes it is all nonsense, while Elizabeth and her two older brothers, Josh and Tyler, begin to experience all of the happenings that the towns people tried to explain.
