Chantal Tabet is a 3rd year student studying a Bachelor of Education at RMIT university. During her time at several professional placements, Chantal noticed so many Aussie kids without nutritional value in their snacks and lunches. She was determined to educate children on the importance of healthy eating but wanted it to be fun and engaging too. That's where she thought to create a cookbook so kids can get messy in the kitchen and learn about healthy eating habits along the way.
