About Author
Ayrika McGow, a.k.a. "ayer on air", is much more of a feeler than a writer, much more of a thinker than an artist. Born in Sacramento, California, Ayrika has always had an intuitive pull towards creative writing. In as early as the 1st grade, Ayrika's teachers noted her writing in her report cards, urging her parents to keep her a journal at home to foster her growing skills and ideas. Growing up, Ayrika participated in many dance classes and online kpop cover competitions, building her love for artistry, writing, and especially music. Now residing in San Antonio, Texas, as a Special Education Paraprofessional, Ayrika is ready to put some of her work out into the world for others to see. At 19 years old, Ayrika will release her first poetry compilation book, and only the future knows what she will do next.
