This is a book containing my Senior Poetry Packet. I compiled thirteen different poems about mental health. I am hoping to shine light on a very stigmatized topic.

Ryanne Reddick is a senior at Shepherd High School. She is the Valedictorian and Student Government Secretary of her class, as well as the Co-President of National Honor Society. She struggles daily with mental illnesses, but hopes immensely to inspire others to fight through and defeat these challenges every single day.
