Coach Johnson has performed original research and has personally worked with thousands of athletes, from NFL & NBA All-Stars. All of coach Johnson's programs are the products of extensive study of athletic conditioning, strength & speed techniques, and applied experience from the vast number of experts he has access to. Coach Johnson still continues to research all of his programs for the precise motions, intensity levels, duration and intervals of workouts, to continuously improve on helping his athletes reach their full potential. In addition, Coach Johnson's success can be attributed to his extensive involvement with orthopedic surgeons, physical and occupational therapists, coaches, pro-scouts, past and current professional athletes, athletic trainers and exercise physiologists. Coach Johnson originally from Galveston Island Texas , graduated from Texas Southern University where he also played football. After his colligate career, Johnson then coached at TSU and Elite High School athletic programs as both football and head track coach.
