About Author
Susan Cox's maternal grandparents are from the Czech Republic and she grew up learning about Czech culture, eating kolaches and dumplings, and trying to decipher her grandparent's Czech expressions. She is mom of two grown daughters who both love to travel and learn about other cultures. She lives in Colorado with her husband and their three rescue dogs. She and service dog Beryl read to grade schoolers every week at their neighborhood school.
