About Author
Being a working mother I don’t get to spend tons of time teaching my day how to read. Every night I read her a bedtime story. Now she wants to read to me or “tell” me a story. I’ve looked and search libraries databases for books with root words for beginner readers that I like and came across any. Words are puzzling for a 4 year old to sound out so they look for pictures to tell a story. A root word is a basic stand alone word, where affix can be added to make new words.
