Jeffrey Dacanay Cejero was born on September 5, 1980, in San Fernando City, La Union, Philippines. His parents are Mr. Arsenio Ramos Cejero, Sr. and Mrs. Felicitas Dacanay-Cejero. He is the youngest child among the seven children. His siblings are Ana Fe, Digna, Estelita, Francis, Nilo, and Junjun who at present have their own families. His family has maintained a strong bond which is a typical characteristic of a Filipino family.

He is married to Maritess Abellera-Cejero. They are gifted with 3 children namely Jema Elizabeth, Mark Wissam, and Catherine Anne. Jeffrey and his wife are both master teachers in public elementary school. They are both teaching in Sison District, Pangasinan, Philippines.
