This is a book that describes the youth ministry plan I could implement at a future church location. It is based off of Project 412 Student Ministries in Marion, Indiana where I have helped out with now for over 3 years. This book gives detailed insights into the ministry, forms, and anything else that could get a new youth ministry started in the right direction.
