All of the puppies take over the pound after a long time of the owner of the puppy Pound being drunk and forgetting to feed them and bathe them.
The puppies start a rebellious fight for who gets to own the pound. until something tragic happens with the other pet pounds and random town recourses around the neighborhood and small towns!
Will Wilson and Watson be able to use their source of bravery to stop the instant mess or will they chicken out and feel like chickens their entire lives?
