This is a book of poetry that has many different topics. I
I have titled it A Racing Mind because these poems were
written in a time in my life where I struggled with my
Bipolar Disorder and it's symptom of racing thoughts. I hope
the reader enjoys these poems as much as I enjoyed writing
them.

Hello my name is Jill DeBiasse. I'm a first time writer. My
book of poetry reflects on my struggles dealing with a racing
mind from symptoms of a mental illness known as Bipolar
Disorder. I live in New jersey. I have a large family with
mom, 3 brothers ,a sister, 3 nephews and a niece. I have a
wonderful boyfriend. I live a happy life.
