Haley Neal is a junior at Powell County High School and is on the varsity volleyball team. Darcy is also a junior at Powell County High School and is on the varsity golf team. Haley and Darcy are both in FCCLA and are on a journey to help the youth in their community. When they are not busy with school or sports, they enjoy volunteering, traveling, and hanging out with their friends and family!
