Recipes from the kitchens in our hearts

I compiled this book of recipes so that we could all have a small piece of the ones we love. Losing my mother and grandmother (Lita)in my early twenties made me appreciate everything that they passed to me. The hand written versions are included because I treasure seeing their handwriting again... it helps bring treasured memories back.

I added some of my favorite new recipes in my own handwriting so that my children and theirs will someday look at the recipes and recall something about me that brings a smile. In this version I also added recipes from all of the important women in our lives that stepped up and helped us keep our mother and Lita alive in our kitchens.
