These recipes from my mother, are just too good to be forgotten! Many of them were scribbled on little pieces of paper and some were handed down to my mother, from my grandmother. I have prepared may of these recipes for my family and friends, so I thought I would put them in a format that will remain intact for years to come.

On many occasions, I have been referenced the "Jackie of all trades." I have been active in Real Estate, Residential Mortgage Origination, Restaurant Management, Medical Assisting, Skin Care and other medical and cosmedical fields. I have owned and operated several businesses, and was a professional vocalist. I enjoy doing crafts, recording CD's in the studio, cooking, baking and spending time with family and friends. I am married to a wonderful Italian man and have a beautiful daughter and step-daughter.
