Sacha has always dreamed of doing something that would change the world. But as a poor, uneducated girl who has to work to keep her family alive, nothing could possibly happen. However, when her widowed mother sends her to school to get a better education, Sacha discovers something mysterious and eerie in the old school house--a world in the reflection of a window... Curious Sacha breaks the glass and gets into the strange world, just to get stuck for weeks. After being saved by someone unexpected, Sacha tries escape from the school. After figuring out that nothing back at home is any better than her life at the school, Sacha must save her family by time-traveling. But the only way is to go back to the reflection world... somehow.
