The Richards live in Gilbert Arizona with their dog Mission. The Richard's only child Sylvia goes to school at Riggs Elementary. Both of her parents work full-time jobs. One rainy day, after school, there was a large flood. Mission and Sylvia are the only ones home. Can Mission save Sylvia before it's too late?

I am 9 years old. My family is from New York. I have three siblings, two older brothers and one older sister. We don't have any pets but I love animals. My favorite book ''Spy Cat'' by Peg Kehret inspired me to write this book. I hope to write more books and maybe make a series.
