About Author
After 28 years of teaching, I decided that it was time to begin writing resource books that would assist those who needed real estate help. A little bit about my background. I have a doctorate degree in divinity. I also have a masters degree in cost cultural teaching, as well as a bachelors of science degree in business administration. I hold a California clear, teaching credential, and an administrative tier one credential. I am a strong believer in Jesus Christ. One of the things that I enjoy doing in my spare time is working as a wedding officiant. As an ordained minister, I perform approximately 100 weddings per year. There’s me great joy to see people, so full of happiness and in love.
