About Author
Since 2006 Kari has been directly affected by the rare disease of Biliary Atresia when her second son was diagnosed shortly after birth. Since then she has sought to educate people on B.A and the effects it has on not just the child’s life but the family as well. Kari lives in Maine with her fiance, 2 children and 3 step children.
