I designed this book as part of my Youth Programming and Management class here at IWU. My hope is that it will help me tremendously in my ministry, but also that it would be a resource for others.

I am a junior at Indiana Wesleyan University studying Youth Ministry and Biblical Literature. I hope to either attend seminary or become a full time youth pastor when I graduate in April 2014. I'm so excited for what God has for me, and cannot wait to see where He takes me in youth ministry
