Felicia Flack is a wife, mother and grandmother from New Orleans Louisiana, currently living in Brandon Florida. Felicia is an accomplished educator holding multiple degrees in Education and English with a focus study in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She serves as part of the ESE/IEP team in the school district of Hillsborough County for the betterment of student education.
