Rosie is a baby who needs to wear a helmet to correct her flat-head syndrome, also known as plagiocephaly. Her brother doesn't understand why people stare, laugh, and make comments about her appearance. This is a story of acceptance and the unconditional love between siblings.

This is Michelle Ranahan's first book publication. The story is personal to her, as it is based on her daughter's journey with a helmet, and the eye-opening experience of the general public's reaction to it.
Michelle is a former elementary school teacher, and her hopes are that this book educates young children and adults on "looking different", no matter what the circumstances may be.
